    Pave d'Affinois is a little box of treasures: a small box shaped bloomy rind conceals an inside that, at room temperature, collapses out onto the plate and consequently the tongue. Serious cheese fans have been known to eat one whole. What's it taste like? Pave d'Affinois is an extremely soft cow's milk cheese from the Lyonnais region of France. While the look and taste a reminiscent of Brie it is a far runnier and we think tastier cheese. Where's it from? Made in the Lyonnais region and affineured by Jacques Hennart. Pave d'Affinois comes as a wrapped whole round cheese of 150g.
